Glasgow
Even though I am happiest when I am in the countryside, in Nature, I am also quite fond of doing architectural art as well. I first realised I was proficient at depicting buildings when I painted an anniversary present for my son and daughter I law of their wedding venue at Glasgow University.

Dublin
I went on to record my memories of Dublin in a series of small paintings of the changing scenes of this modern city that was my home for a while during the Covid pandemic and before retirement.
Christchurch cathedral has stood at the heart of Dublin for 1000 years.

Edinburgh
Edinburgh has been my city of residence for over 30 years. I volunteered to help a charity in 2021, so I produced five small paintings of classic Edinburgh scenes which were successfully auctioned to raise funds.
Arthur’s Seat is located close to the city centre in Edinburgh and has some wonderful walks and views of the city.

The Forth Railway Bridge is the famous iconic crossing across to Fife.

Dean Village
For nearly 20 years I owned and operated a private medical clinic located in the Dean Village of Edinburgh. To show my appreciation to the three long term staff for all of their hard work and commitment , I presented them with paintings of the Dean village in the vicinity of the clinic.
